Départ a 1700 des Dents de Lanfon pour le Parmelan. Arrivé là bas, je resterai sous la falaise jusqu’au câble. Retour par les Dents, puis Veyrier. Très contré malgré le thermique salvateur. Transition sur la Basilique de la Visitation. Je suis contré en Ouest, j’arrive là bas vers 1000 mètres. Gros point bas à Quintal, vers 900 mètres, près de la première ligne. Puis direction Revard. Je continue vers le Nivolet, mais je fais demi tour avant, car l’heure tourne, et le vent force. Pointe à 58 …
